Description: Sporting events captivate and adrenalize us; children live and breathe every moment along-side their favorite player(s). The world's most popular sport is Football ('Soccer' in the U.S.) . Millions of fans screamed GOOOOAAAALLLLL!!!! when Ronaldo scored in the finals of the last World Cup. However, of all players in history, another Brazilian stands out as the most skillful, and fun to watch... Pele.

Geoffrey's favorite moment in Football was captured in the movie "Victory", where Pele plays a cocky outspoken striker. The movie culminates with a football match between the Allies' rag-tag prison-camp team, and the elite German National Team. During the second injury time, Pele makes his way into the German's box as his team-mate comes down the right flank, and crosses the ball. Pele keeps his own defender at bay, then quickly moves forward away from the goal and in a gravity-defying leap, kicks the ball over his head past the German keeper. According to Geoffrey, the moment "continues to give me chills, even today."
